When the United States fought its way free of Britain and creating a democratic republic with a capitalist economic model, it was revolutionary. It was feared. France attempted to imitate the American Experiment immediately as soldiers came back from the American Revolution. Europe was terrified. They attacked France as soon as possible to contain the contagion. Over one hundred years later the United States was a powerhouse that was manufacturing everything and exporting to the world. After that the United States, that grand experiment, would be the powerhouse of the world.
Fast forward to Russia in 1917 and the Marxist revolution. The new model was the totalitarian dictatorship with a socialist model, mistakenly called communist. The world was shocked with the success. When Asia followed suit, the world attacked to contain the contagion. The United States, ironically, lead this attack. Nearly one hundred years later China is manufacturing everything and exporting to the world. Is China destined to take over as the ruler of the world?
